IPA Exchange Project
For the information of all IPA Members of the Cyprus Section, I append herebelow the Agreement signed between the IPA Cyprus Section and the IPA Sections of Hungary and Poland concerning a holiday’s exchange Project.
A. Agreement signed between Cyprus and Hungary
IPA EXCHANGE PROJECT
AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN CYPRUS & HUNGARY
1. IPA SECTIONS: CYPRUS & HUNGARY
2. DURATION: One Week (six nights)
3.PERIOD:
a) For the Cyprus Delegation June, July or August
b) For the Hungarian Delegation March/April or October/November
4. NUMBER OF PERSONS: 10 – 12 Persons
5. WHAT DOES THE EXCHANGE INCLUDES:
a) Transfer from and to the airport
b) Accommodation
i. 3 STARS’ Hotel
ii. Bed & Breakfast
iii. All meals
c) Two excursions with lunch
d) Professional visits:
i. Police Divisional Headquarters
ii. Police Force Headquarters Nicosia
iii.Police Academy in Nicosia
iv.Police Museum in Nicosia
6. EXPENSES
a) The Cyprus Section will undertake all above expenses of the Hungarian Delegation except air-tickets.
b) The Hungarian Section will undertake all above expenses of the Cyprus Delegation except air-tickets.
Above Agreement is signed to-day 26/03/09 between the National Presidents of the two Sections.

2. DURATION: One Week (six nights)
3.PERIOD:
a) For the Cyprus Delegation June, July or August
b) For the Polish Delegation March/April or October/November
4. NUMBER OF PERSONS: 6 – 10 Persons
5. WHAT DOES THE EXCHANGE INCLUDES:
a) Transfer from and to the airport
b) Accommodation
i. 3 STARS’ Hotel
ii. Bed & Breakfast
iii. All meals
c) Two excursions with lunch
d) Professional visits:

Above Agreement is signed to-day 31/03/09 between the National Presidents of the two Sections.

The two agreements were approved by the National Executive Council (NEC) of the Cyprus Section and it was decided the two Agreements to be handed over to the Regional Committees who will have the responsibility of the Exchanges.
